How do I get my team enrolled in training?
Once you have chosen your plan and submit payment, your account manager will reach out right away to help you get your team enrolled. You only need to provide the names and email addresses of your team members, and indicate which courses they will take.
What if I don’t know which courses my team should take?
We have courses for every skill set! If you aren’t sure what the best courses for your team's needs are, you can contact [email protected] for additional support. We can send you course syllabi, student homework examples, or even schedule a call with a School of Motion course counselor to help navigate our curriculum.
How does the subscription payment work?
Our subscription’s billing cycle is quarterly, and requires that you purchase a minimum of three seats. We accept all major credit cards, and ACH for US bank accounts. Unless we are notified otherwise, your subscription will auto-renew every three months.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel, please contact your account manager at [email protected]. They will assist you in canceling your subscription. Unless we communicate otherwise, following any cancellation you will continue to haveaccess to your subscription through the end of your current prepaid subscription cycle.
What is your transfer policy?
With both plans, you can transfer licenses and courses between individuals once per quarter. Please email [email protected], and your dedicated account manager will get you set up within one business day!
Can I track my employees’ progress?
You bet you can! Once you sign up and your team has been enrolled we will send you every team members’ profile where you can easily track their progress throughout their courses.
How much of a time commitment is this?
Take as little or as much time as you need to complete the course! This program allows your team to go at the pace suited for them.
Do I lose access when the subscription ends?
Yes, if your subscription is canceled or you choose not to renew, you will lose access to the courses and videos. If you would like lifetime access to the course content, you may be interested in our cohort based sessions!
